The team was very supportive in helping us onboard and for several months after integrating ReCharge into your system. They 100% wanted to set us up for success. We're obviously grateful to be working with them.
The support is great, but it does lack some features I wish it had. Would love to be able to charge customers on the same day each month and/or schedule cut-off dates for new subscribers.
I've had a pretty poor experience with Recharge. They charge you for all sorts of features including customer support. We've been using Recharge for our subscription offering for the last 2 years. They recently changed how the customer portal looks, you used to be able to customize how this page looked so it was on-brand and matched the rest of the site. Without any notification, they've changed it completely. It can't be customized with brand fonts or colors - so it looks really awful. They now require you to upgrade to customize this page, $300 a month. Pretty crazy. I'm actively looking to switch to another app for our subscription products.
I find ReCharge a little pricey and some features can be a little tedious, but overall it works well. Shoutout to Renata though for great service and assistance with some issues we were having and resolving them promptly.
Funktional. Robust. Super cool and helpful customer support! We went from 0 to 100 subscriptions with ReCharge and will continue growing with them!
We had an issue with the widget not showing up on our new theme, and then when it did show up on the listing, it was above the images. Ronnie and DJ did an excellent job of getting everything sorted out to us in about 24 hours. Great customer service!
Recharge is amazing and it is so easy to use! The customer service is also top notch! When I've had an issue and need their help they respond so quickly with a solution! Matt J. was a huge help to me and even sent a video showing exactly what the issue was and how to fix it!
App was really easy to set up and integrate with our store. I'm currently using the free plan but it's working well out of the gate. We've had a few subscriptions processed already and it's a seamless experience. That said, as an FYI we've run into 2 issues because of our unique store setup: 1) No ability to have the subscription purchase price reflect different currencies (our site uses a currency selector). Subscription are priced based off of the main currency. ReCharge says the only way to avoid this issue is to have duplicate sites showing different currencies. 2) For our products we have a dropdown where the customer can choose to buy 1 or 2 of the same item. When a customer buys 2, there's a 10% discount. For our subscription we offer a 15% discount. When a customer selects to buy 2 items, the 2-item subscription cost is discounted off of the already discounted 2 items cost, so effectively there's a double discount. Wish it could be discounted off of a regular price or we could disable subscription option for the 2-item purchase.
This app is great! We love all the functionality it gives us. From special flows and integrations to mail integration. Works great. Our CX rep Gordon C. is money. So much knowledge about shopify, and how to make our store the best experience for our customers!!
ReCharge is always responsive to our needs and has been a great tool for us in serving our customers.
We've been using this app for 2 years and works great for our subscriptions. Easy integrations with shopify and other platforms. Great customer service! Very prompt and happy to help with any issues/questions.
The few times I've needed it their Customer service and Technical support team is always timely and helpful.
I've been using Recharge for a few years. They are always improving their backend and are quick to reply with customer service.

We migrated our subscription business to ReCharge and it's helped us offer new features that help drive LTV like one-time addons, retention strategies, and quick actions via SMS.

This app works great to run our subscription boxes. And they provide amazing customer service! Would highly recommend!
Easy to install. Nice sales and support team. It would be nice if it worked better in Safari. No problems with Chrome
ReCharge is great. What's even better is their customer support when you run into an issue. Isidora had a solution for every problem I brought to her. If there wasn't a solution, she forwarded it on as a suggestion to the product team. Definitely appreciate the level of support for an integrated app like ReCharge.
*Edit -Ranson helped us get this working so I edited my review. We cant even get a response for their support staff to get us up and running. Very Unprofessional. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
