This is a great subscription app, the free features are more than enough for a small business on Shopify. Definitely recommend for small and large businesses. Customer service is exceptional

Possibly the best experience with a support team I have had. Super prompt and helped install and customise all within 10 min. Made it very easy to set up.

Appstle has been a great subscription platform for us offering a lot of configurability and ease of use. The Build-a-Box feature has allowed us to offer dynamic volume based pricing that most competitors do not have. Their support team is what truly makes them our favorite platform as they are always quick to help find a solution to issues when they rarely arise!

I am new to Appstle, and have been impressed with their response to help with onboarding bumps. I migrated from a different subscription service that was a lot more expensive, and had a few less features, so I am looking forward to growing my subscription base with Apptstle.

I had a lot of questions when trying to set up my subscription plans and contacted support. They (Sebastian), assisted me wonderfully. Were very patient with all my questions and didn't leave until I was all done. Really impressed and happy with their customer service so far.

Helpful online chat. I wanted to add a button on my website so that my customers can find their autoship easily and Brooks helped me with this.

I’m on the highest-tier plan and use the app’s API, but a basic feature like sending 20+ requests isn’t working. They’ve been trying to fix it for nearly a week, halting my automation and business processes. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone needing more than basic subscription features.
