The app is easy to set up, and provides good basic functionality in the free version to test. Once you reach a certain amount of sales it switches to paid. Additionally their support staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. If you have any issues they will find a solution quickly.

We've had a great experience with Appstle. The app is easy to navigate and when we've required support, they responded very quickly and were very helpful.

Aiden was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire setup process. I needed to configure a membership program (Sip Club) using Appstle Subscriptions with customer tagging for a third-party gift app (BOGOS), which was a pretty specific use case. Aiden took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve, walked me through the Tag Settings step by step, and even offered to add repeat rules from his end. He was responsive, clear, and genuinely cared about getting it right. Highly recommend Appstle and especially Aiden for anyone setting up subscriptions on Shopify. Thank you Aiden! Anna, BMCorner

I was having a little problem setting up this app, and their customer service team went above and beyond my expectations. If nothing else, I would highly recommend this app just for the customer service alone!!!

This app is great, the support team is awesome, shoutout to Stefan! There are some things that I don't like, I can't be happier with the product. 4 Stars because there is room for improvement, and I'm more than happy to give some more in-depth on what can be better.

Fantastic customer service. Alden gave me a personalized walk through of how to set up my membership, and even did it for me. Absolutely recommended!

Love this subscription app especially their support team. You got stuck ? Contact them and they are always be there to bail you out.

Great support and great app. I used to have another app that wasn't nearly as user friendly as this one and the tech support I receive is top notch!
