We’ve had a great experience with Appstle Subscriptions. The app is very powerful, flexible, and well thought out for merchants who want full control over their subscription flows. What really stands out is the support team. Alan and the merchant success team were extremely helpful, patient, and proactive in making sure everything was configured exactly as we needed. They took the time to understand our use case and ensured the feature worked perfectly. So far, the setting up experience was exceptional. The engineer that took my message was very helpfull and efficient, sending me tutorials, setting up and answering to all my questions I look forwards to see how this app works long term! I'll come back to update this review !

I just switched from a different app subscription to using this one and its great! The other app wanted $89 per month irrespective of the stage my business is at but Appstle offer a tiered option approach which charges more the more my business grows which is great. I had a hard time onboarding the app and Max from the team did a good job setting up the app on my behalf. I am very pleased and recommend! 5 stars

We use Appstle Subscriptions on our store, and they’ve been one of the best teams we’ve worked with. Their support is exceptional. Responses come within minutes, not hours or days. Every single time. More importantly, they’re genuinely solution-oriented. There’s no hand-waving, no “we’ll check and revert” that turns into long email threads. It’s always: let me look into this and they actually come back within minutes with a clear answer or next step. They don’t give up on an issue, and they don’t leave customers hanging. From a product standpoint, the platform has made subscription management easy and reliable for both our team and our customers. It does exactly what it needs to do from a functionality perspective, and it’s been solid for running subscriptions at scale. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be around UI. The subscription management pages feel a bit dated visually, and it would be great to see more modern themes or customization options over time. That said, the functionality is strong, and the product does its job well. Overall, an amazing team, a dependable platform, and support that genuinely sets the bar. Highly recommended if you’re serious about subscriptions on Shopify.
