Great customer service

I'm very happy with our Appstle purchase. It was easy to set up, and whenever I've needed assistance, their team was able to help immediately and effectively via chat. I'd give five stars on the overall product and service. I only gave four stars because I expected to be able to do some of the troubleshooting myself that I had to contact them about. I'm sure they're using my experience to improve their product, and I'd recommend them.

Very responsive and helpful team. They offer detailed explanations on how to manage things yourself and troubleshooting the odd issue very quickly. There is room for improvement for translation management for multiple languages, this could be easier.

I haven't used the app yet but I'm already rating it because the support has been more helpful and knowledgeable than any other place, and didn't immediately connect me to an AI chatbot. Will update rating once I've used the app.

Support is good and the app is great for payment plans. The only issue we've run into so far is special pricing in Shopify and how that affects the subscription payment options

The support is excellent. I was having issues with the set-up; they took care of my problem quickly and even found other ways to improve my customer's experience.

I am writing to share my positive experience with your team. The customer service I received during the setup process was second to none. The representative asked insightful questions to understand my needs and even identified helpful features I was unaware of. I was particularly impressed that I received this level of support while using a free account.

We chose Appstle because it offered the customer experience we were looking for at a price that made sense for our scale. We migrated from a Paywhirl / Infinite Options situation which was a tedious migration. We're still working out kinks more than 2 weeks in, but the team has been very responsive and generally supportive. I have a basic working knowledge of coding and am quite familiar with Shopify, so I did pretty well, but someone new to both could potentially really struggle if you have a sizable migration.

The Merchant assistance was excellent. Very helpful!
