We migrated our annual calendar subscription business onto Appstle's Fixed Billing Schedule this year, and the support team went far beyond what I expected from a $30/month app. Alan walked me through the entire billing date and cutoff logic patiently, back and forth, until we had exactly the renewal behavior we needed, not just what was easiest to configure. When we needed a discount to apply starting at the second order instead of the first, he set it up and tested it before handing it back to me. When we ran into a trickier request, a one-time 50% discount on an add-on item that shouldn't recur on renewals, he didn't just say no, he pointed us to their Bundles app and explained exactly how to wire it together with Buy X Get Y logic so it worked the way we actually needed. Aiden picked up seamlessly from there and kept the momentum going without missing a beat. This is genuinely rare: a team that cares about getting the configuration right for your specific business, not just getting you off the phone. Highly recommend Appstle to anyone running subscriptions on Shopify.
