When I started chat I got a fast reply from a person, not a bot. They answered my questions well, and got me on my way quickly. Was a pleasure.

i'm just starting so i can't really judge the app itself, but i had problems with the integration on a custom theme and the support helped and solved my problem within literally 5 minutes after writing, incredible customer service so far! let's see what the app does!

The app is very powerful and has a bit of a learning curve, but the customer support is bar none! Communication is quick, videos of how-tos provided, a reply within 5 minutes. I'm hoping this will be a long term solution to my business subscription needs!

The attention was excellent; they were very fast and dedicated. They helped me style my widget exactly as I had it in mind. Best of all, I was able to communicate in my own language without any problem :).

We have been using the app for our subscriptions for 2 years and have had a great experience. The app is easy to use and integrates well with our ENVY theme. We had one issue when moving to a different theme, but Nancy from the help desk was extremely quick to respond to our issue without experiencing any downtime. Highly recommend this app.

We love Appstle! The app super easy to use, set up and understand and has a ton of options that allow you to customize your subscriptions fully. Additionally, they have amazing customer service! I emailed them with some questions and the support I got from Brooks on their team was above & beyond! He answered all of my questions quickly, fully, and even created a video just for me demonstrating how to fix my problem. Oustanding, thank you Appstle Team!

Excellent service from Hussain this evening resolved my issue in a lovely way, and help with a few extra bits that other people could not resolve from the company more like him in the company would be very good for you
