Ich bin kürzlich von Shopify Subscriptions zu Appstle gewechselt, und Andrew hat den gesamten Prozess unglaublich reibungslos und stressfrei gestaltet. Er war extrem hilfsbereit, proaktiv und ist weit über das hinausgegangen, was man erwarten würde, um sicherzustellen, dass alles perfekt eingerichtet ist. I was having a difficult time creating a monthly subscription for my customers. While in the app, I received a pop-up chat asking if I wanted a specialist to review my plan set up for free! I was eager to have another set of eyes to review and since I was a challenged with setting up my monthly subscription, I thought I'd ask if they could assist. THEY DID! Fast, Friendly, and for FREE. This is the type of customer service one should expect!
