Steven was the absolutely best. The kindest, most knowledgeable & patient person I've dealt with in any support land. The help was quickly given, solution thorough and the patience with my ignorance absolutely disarmed my fear of having to start all over again. We've been using this app for our subscription business and it's been a game changer. As a small business, we needed something that could handle a fairly complex subscription setup without being difficult to manage, and this app does exactly that. The Build Your Own Box feature has been especially important for our business and has given us the flexibility we needed to offer the experience we wanted for our customers. The amazing support team has been incredible helpful. The chat support is incredibly fast, and every time we've needed help they've gone above and beyond to find a solution. It's rare to find a team that's this responsive and genuinely invested in helping their customers succeed. We're very grateful we found this app and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful subscription solution that's still easy to use.
