This App is really versatile. The customization of the look of the widgets isn't the best, but this does what it needs to do. I have a complicated product set up that we also wanted to offer bulk discounts, and with a little trial with chat support, I was able to come to a solution that will work both visually and functionally. This will give my customers the options they want and the incentive to increase their order value as well. Chat support is very responsive and I have been able to do use this app in several ways without adding to my Shopify monthly bill which is always ideal.

Really great service! Had a few issues with another app clashing, that got resolved in a very professional way. Love also how they guide you, in the form of images and videos in the email, that directly show you what to do. Highly recommend.

The team was able to make some code changes to allow our bundles and subscription item page work the way we wanted. They also solved an issue we have with our subscription set-up. Highly satisfied with tech care.

Alan was amazing in personally helping me set up my subscription model. He made the whole process simple and stress-free, walking me through every step with patience and clear explanations. What stood out was how he tailored everything to my needs, making sure the subscription options fit my vision perfectly. Thanks to Alan, I feel confident running my subscription system, and I truly appreciate his hands-on support. Highly recommend him if you need help setting up subscriptions.

EXCEPTIONAL! We moved over from recharge & bold and the process was seamless! They managed the transition smoothly and we couldn't be happier. Their pricing is stellar as well! they have a Product Swap feature that we are using that works great and a Loyalty feature that we have stacked on top of it!
