Ryan was incredible in helping me get all set up to run a mail club. I am an artist and really a dummy when it comes to setting backend stuff up. I DREAD doing it. I always end up having more questions and then give up. But not this time. Amazing customer service. I honestly haven't had this easy of a time getting helped by customer service probably since the 90's. I'm a customer for life. Thanks Ryan!!!

I was apprehensive at first. I am NOT technically skilled and setting up a website through shopify has been scary and time consuming to say the least (and I know they make it as easy as possible). When Shopify subscriptions no longer met my needs for my product I asked ChatGPT for suggestions on a paid app that would do what I needed and Appstle was the top recommendation so I decided to try it. I am so happy I did! I was worried about losing customers during the transition but the staff literally does the migration for you! They are ALWAWS available by chat and email and you are actually speaking with a human being (or at least a damn great bot that fooled me if it isn't). They immediatey answered my questions, suggested small modifications, sent me a personal "how to"video using my actual site page, and even suggested I downgrade to a lower plan so I wasn't paying for options that I didn't need on my site. That kind of customer service is unheard of these days and they have 100% earned my trust and my business moving forward.

I had a specific subscription setup I wanted to implement for my Shopify store — charging $xx for the first month and applying a 20% discount from the second month onwards ($yy) so we could effectively use a one-time introductory offer. Alan was incredibly helpful and responsive in helping me configure this correctly. They clearly understood the business requirement and guided me through how to structure the subscription plan so the pricing logic worked exactly as intended. What I appreciated most was how patient and solution-oriented Alan was. Instead of giving generic answers, they worked through the setup details with me until everything functioned properly and even recorded a a video for me when I couldnt find certain functions. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking to implement subscriptions with more advanced pricing logic and for their stellar customer support. Thank you Alan

I've been using this for about 6 months now and can honestly say they are great. Whatever worries I've had and mistakes (on my end) I've encountered had been solved almost instantly due to their customer service and amazing team. They've even gone as far as correcting things I hadn't noticed or considered (with my permission of course).

This app is absolutely top tier for beginner shopify owners and business's, the free plan options are far beyond what someone getting into selling needs. Further, the support team for this app is INCREDIBLE, matters addressed in minutes, ALWAYS, never ever had an issue go on for longer than 5-10 minutes. IMMEDIATE RESPONSES. AMAZING APP FOR BEGINNERS, will leave another review once I grow my business and can speak for paid plans of this app. Also been offered many many helpful tips by support, randomly during error solving, to improve my business through their app as well as some little added extras from the starter (paid plan).
