The app is fairly easy to use and somewhat intuitive. More difficult requests require help, but the team at Shopify is responsive, patient, and very helpful via the chat option.

Really a great app. Any questions I had about the app were handled quickly and they even coded some custom functionality for me. Their customer support is top-notch.

Mitanshu, my live support agent was of great help and has seamlessly guided me throughout all my questions. We navigated every question that I have conerning Appstle. Thank you for the wonderful service, I appreciate that this was even over a video meeting which made it not only easier but even quicker for me to get on the business inquiries that I have. I'm setting up my own business on Shopify for the first time and using the subscription model Appstle. I was struggling a little because I couldn't get the app to embed among a few other things. I started chatting with Jackson and he was absolutely AMAZING!! He was able to remote into my account and fix everything I was needing and more!! There's no way I could have done it without him. He was so patient with me too as I was traveling and losing my internet connection throughout our conversation. Thanks Jackson...you were so incredibly helpful!! Definitely Five Stars!!!

Our customers have been asking for a subscription service outside of the third-party brands we're already integrated with, so this app has been an excellent service for us after having just launched our new website. And their support team is fantastic!
