I have never experienced a better customer service team. I've had some curly questions and asked for a few custom modifications to the platform - nothing has been too much hassle. The team are amazing. They're prompt. Their instructions are clear. They send Loom videos when explaining complex things. They have made the whole process of switching our subscription management system very easy.

I dealt with Ash - who has been absolutely superb and has gone above and beyond. Not only did he resolve the basic issue that I had, but he also implemented some custom CSS so that the UI matched that of my site! For FREE! Unreal commitment. Thanks my guy! James.

One of the best subscription services we have used. There is a lot to it, quite a bit of set up, however they have video tutorials and a pretty stellar customer service team who helps very promptly. We would definitely recommend this app as a win win for price and performance.

Appstle has the absolute best customer support. Whenever I have a question, they are there to answer it 24/7 it seems and will even send videos showing how to do things or set up calls to discuss details. They are very responsive and take our questions and feedback seriously - if there's something we'd like to do that the app doesn't do yet, they'll often add it to the app. I've had a great experience with them so far.

Great customer service! They helped us so much with trial offers, customizing our widget, ensuring its working properly and helping us help our customers more easily manage their subscriptions. Way better cost wise than Recharge and just as effective. Love it! Great for stores just getting started with subscription offers :)
