La aplicación es fácil de instalar y de usar. Sirve perfectamente para gestionar suscripciones de clientes. Estoy muy contento con la aplicación, pero sobre todo con el equipo de atención al cliente, son rápidos y siempre me han solucionado cualquier problema. En menos de 5 minutos tienes a alguien respondiendo por chat todas tus dudas. Gracias a todo el equipo!

I have never experienced a better customer service team. I've had some curly questions and asked for a few custom modifications to the platform - nothing has been too much hassle. The team are amazing. They're prompt. Their instructions are clear. They send Loom videos when explaining complex things. They have made the whole process of switching our subscription management system very easy.

its not user friendly for the subscriber when they want to cancel. When they want to cancel they email me and it takes up to much time
Hello, This is Ria, the co-founder of Appstle. I’ve reviewed your store configuration and noticed there might have been some confusion. Customers CAN easily manage their subscriptions with Appstle. We offer one of the most comprehensive customer portal. However, since you're using the Shopify Customer Account Pages approach, the Manage Subscription button needs to be manually added. This button wasn’t configured on your account page, which is why customers couldn’t manage their subscriptions directly. We’ve now gone ahead and integrated the Manage Subscription button on your account page. Once a customer logs into their account on your Shopify store, they’ll see the button and can manage their subscription with ease.
