I have asked the team at Appstle a lot of questions and they have answered everything to my satisfaction. When I can't determine why things aren't functioning properly, I include screenshots and detailed messages about what's happening and what I would like to happen. They always solve my problem. Even when the functionality I wanted was not the typical use case for their app, they took the time to listen to me and understand my end goal and they came up with a solution that does what I need. They are very patient and kind and curteous.

I had a great experience with their support. I had trouble implementing the app, but got help quickly and efficiently. I also like that they charge based on how well the subscription feature does, starting at free.

I was using another subscription app on a different platform and when I switched to Shopify I decided to try Appstle and I am very glad I did! This app offers a comprehensive set of subscription features and is easy to use. The customer service is Excellent, quick to respond and even offered me design options after fixing an issue I had. This is especially great as I have not even made it to the paid plan yet. Highly recommended!

Appstle help desk is so great! We have two shopify stores with two subscriptions, one with over 1000 subscribers. When I need help, they are there immediately to walk me through my issues. Today Ash helped me with a problem and solved it quickly.

my experience with brooks was absolutely fantastic. I was NOT expecting to receive so much backend support for my business, and it was like having a pocket assistant to support me with stuff that I have no idea how to do. AMAZING APP.

I moved from Recharge to Appstle. Appstle has been very easy to work with. Their customer service is very fast and quick to fix any issues.

I am currently working on a subscription based service - after getting in touch with the Appstle team ( reply was super fast) the team helped me tremendously as I needed a unique solution to solve my costumer's payments. I am so happy that Appstle not only could provide that but also did that in a super friendly, competent and FAST manner. Looking forward to using Appstle from now on!

We've been using Appostle for our subscription features and build-a-box options, and we couldn't be happier. The interface is much clearer compared to other apps we've tried, making it easy to navigate and use. It offers a wide range of features that meet all our needs. Best of all, the customer support is incredibly responsive and dedicated to helping fulfill all our requests. Highly recommend!
