Our previous subscription app went offline and this app came highly recommended. We made the switch and the team at Appstle help us migrate our existing subs and activate an email sequence. They made the transition super easy and have been very helpful every step of the way.

Every time I have needed assistance an advisor has been available and been extremely helpful! We haven't started using the app yet for our customers but so far set-up has been super easy.

Great customer service. Setup takes some time to read through and understand the settings but all the information is there to easily do it yourself. Any time I've had a question there was a response from an actual person within a few minutes.

First off, the migration team is great. I migrated from ReCharge to Appstle. The only hiccups I had were on ReCharge's side. When I tried to add the Appstle team, ReCharge would deny them access. I had to manually create an API and share it with the support team (not a big deal). Also, you need to re-enable (or enable) Stripe payments. Outside of those external two things, everything on Appstle's side was great. Just use the chat function and they are very prompt to respond. If support person is unavailable, someone else picks up right where you left off and continues the process. Big thumbs up to the Appstle team for a smooth transition. Thank you.

The team were great. Nothing was too much trouble. We even got on a Google Meets Call to sort some things out and then when the major issue was sorted I had some small cosmetic issues which they quickly sorted out without any fuss. Really great customer service.
