Aiden was extremely helpful! He responded quickly, identified the issue immediately, and clearly explained what was happening. He fixed everything right away and even sent me a video walkthrough so I’d have it for future reference. He also removed the Appstle branding from the widget as a complimentary gesture. Excellent service — truly above and beyond!

Super good service! I looked into several subscription options, and Appstle was the one that best fit my needs. Their support is excellent — they always respond quickly and are very helpful. Highly recommended!

Couldn't recommend this app more. He detected the issue and solved it for me shortly, answered my questions, in addition to offering great suggestions. He also went out of his way and updated the email notifications for my brand. Excellent 10/10.

Alan provided excellent service! He went above and beyond offering to correct descriptions on my subscription plan and fixing a checkout issue. I tried fixing on my own for days and he fixed it in minutes. Love the product and the service provided.

I have found this app extremely useful in engaging with our customers. any problems i have had with the app have been easily rectified by contacting the agent who have been more than happy to help and offer solutions to assist and improve my site. Great Service would highly recommend

For my specific subscription Appstle was the only one which could tailor my needs. And customer service was quick to think along! Update: Im introducing a Try&Buy/Lease model and that is also possible with Appslte with the help of Aiden. Very quick to help out!!!

The App team supporting Appsle has been fantastic! I've tried 2 other subscription apps and Appstle has been the only one that not only had the functionality I needed but actually had great customer support. The other two which were noted as being leaders had neither. Great job Alan and Appstle!
