The customer service is amazing. I had questions that needed to be answered and they were answered straight away. Plus the app is very easy to install and the step by step guide was straight forward. Highly Recommend.

I have been very pleased with appstle from the start and would recommend them to anyone who wants an easy user friendly way to have subscription options for their shopify store! I have had no issues with service at all but i did come across an issue with my current plan so i reached out to customer service for help and let me tell you the person i was connected with (henry) was the best customer service agent i have had from any company he was fast to reply, understood my issue, and got it resolved above my expectations!!! He not only guided me with a custom video explanation but even got me hooked up with a prorated price for my current appstle plan and didn't try to force me to over pay for a bunch of unneeded features he let me upgrade at a reasonable price for just the few upgrades needed to solve my problem! So if you made it this far in my review just know that appstle is worth a try and wont disappoint or leave you in the dark.

This app works great for what we need for our small but growing business. The best thing is their customer service, which is very fast to respond and has always been extremely helpful.

We've only recently started using Appstle but so far we've had good experience with it. It's straightforward to setup and their support is fast to respond and helpful!

Absolutely the BEST. I am new to shopify, but the autoship feature is extremely important as we have migrated from another platform to shopify. Our business's bread and butter is the autoship for our customer's health supplements and detox tea. My webmaster and I have been able to implement this program beautifully. Tonight, as my webmaster was not available and the question was over my head for our launch tomorrow, their CHAT feature introduced me to Mia who take care of the issue so well! Whew! So grateful. This is an extremely important app and we couldn't be happier.

LOVE this app. It has one of the best customer service that I have EVER received. I found it pretty easy to set up and it has all the features plus more that I need to complete my subscription boxes. I can't recommend it enough.
