Everyone on their support team is great, they are quick to answer questions and help us navigate the app when issues arise. They have a lot of features, and give you time to grow into the next payment tiers. Highly recommend

Great experience so far – the team have been really helpful and friendly. Shoutout to Muhammad Hussain Qureshi for his work with getting the widget & 'manage subscription' account section live and customised. And thanks to the service team that are available to quickly answer questions. I feel that my business is set-up well with Appstle, and I'm excited to now grow subscription customer numbers.

I have only just set the app up, so I can't comment further than set up and customer service yet. I have done a test and it does seem to be working well. I did a lot of research on the best subscription app to go with for a small business, and I love that this has a free or low cost option, even if I need to go up a level, it isn't a ridiculous jump in price and they don't take a percentage of the sales which is great! Set-up didn't work from just following the steps, it wasn't quite compatible with my store, but after chatting with the team, they were super helpful and Adam fixed the issue to get it to work. Kate from migration transferred the subscriptions quickly too, couldn't speak more highly of how helpful the team has been. The widget is quite customisable which is great, it seamlessly fits with my brand. There were a lot of customisable settings to go through, it's great all the options you get in the free plan, along with reminder emails before the subscription comes out, which I think is very important. The portal looks quite good at first glance too. The only thing that free doesn't have is in the cart it doesn't show the subscription details, it just has the subscription price, but I think the subscription details show when you click through to payment. All in all, seems perfect for the price paid, and customer service has been above and beyond!

Best shopify app experience yet, and i've been through a fair few! Incredible customer service, a small team of dedicated engineers that worked around my problem in a mind-boggling fast turnaround time. Couldn't recommend enough! Their app is feature-rich but intuitive. There's support if you have any issues along the way, but the onboarding is second to none. You won't stuff it up!

I spent an embarrassingly long time comparing which subscription app to change to when I heard Yotpo was sun-setting it's product. I looked at many options, but ended up landing on Appstle. The other apps failed in one of two ways: they were greedy, taking a % of subscription revenue (which I must say is AWFUL once you scale) or looked dogsh*t with no customisability. Appstle is a great middle ground for both beginner stores and large enterprises with good functionality. The support is unreal too - they guided me with migration and every other time I had a question since they would respond in under a minute. I'm not even kidding. Go with appstle and don't look back.

Had an issue after installing the app, it worked the first month, but I must have messed up the coding somewhere on my website that affected the app working. Customer service fixed it right up for me quickly and easily.

I had a problem with one of our orders. Brooks helped me to identify what was the issue with the order, what did the client do wrong during the order, than he suggested the best possible setup that solved this specific issue on the most convenient way both to us as a merchant and to the client as well.
