I would like to be able to get to a live person when needed. It's not alway convenient to send and email or "chat". Live chat was quick to respond once a request was submitted.

My subscription was directing to my One Time Purchase price in the cart and checkout. I was unable to resolve this issue. Brooks was incredibly helpful and attentive and resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes! Great app and even better customer service. 5*!

I am new to shopify and this app. With Appstle, I am getting closer to my ideal customer experience that I was seeking. I am starting with the Free tier and will likely expand into the paid tiers soon enough. I was able to use the chat with an agent, late evening, and he was able to get me going. I was surprised that I got a live agent, I was delighted.

We have great success with pattern subscriptions using Appstle. Love its no nonsense, reasonable options.

Support is great. They respond within minutes and troubleshoot for you till the problem is resolved. There are rarely any problems though!

It's a great way to add a subscription to your store. It's easy to set up, and it blends in better on our pages than some of the other subscription apps we looked at. Super responsive support, too!
