I am still in the process of setting everything up for my new website, so I haven't been able to fully test the app yet. But I have experienced wonderful customer service from the likes of Sebastian, Uri, Hussein, and others over the past few weeks. From chat support to google meet calls, their support team has been awesome, answering all my questions about subscriber migration from another platform and installing widgets where I needed them very quickly. I definitely recommend them for excellent customer support!

Customer service was as good as advertised. Sean not only answered all of my questions (which was a lot), but he sent me videos for me to follow in order to make the desired changes. I can't say enough about how good my experience was with Appstle customer service.

Very good support! and detailed explanation about the issue with tags I was experiencing due to my misunderstanding so the subscription widget was not visible at first on my product page.

5 Stars – So glad I made the switch! I moved over from Recharge due to the high cost—and honestly, switching to Appstle has been the best decision I’ve made for my business. The customer service is outstanding. They walked me through everything step by step and made the setup process super smooth. I really appreciate how easy it is to manage subscriptions from the backend, and I love that I can require a minimum of two orders before customers can cancel. So far this subscription app has worked well for our customers and our business. My customers are really happy with the interface. It is so much better than the memberships we had through Squarespace and this customer service is incredible. As a small business owner I don't have a lot of time to sit on cs calls to figure out what I did wrong (or can't figure out how to do the thing I want it to do...) so I really appreciate a team that can respond quickly solving the problem efficiently.
