We have been looking for a subscription app that was a good price without taking away all the features and Appstle has totally met our criteria. Then once we installed it and set it up we were meet with such a great support team, any help we needed was answered straight away. Amazing app and customer service!

I'm brand new to the app and was SHOCKED when I needed help with some customizations and the chat was so easy to find and Brooks was there in 2 minutes. Brooks went back and forth with me on the customizations I needed until they were exactly how I want it. It's a beautiful app and integrated seamlessly with my 3rd party Shopify theme. Brooks knocked it out of the park. I had a problem I had been working on for an hour or two, when it dawned on me to ask the app creators. Brooks fixed the issue in less than 60 seconds. Couldn't believe it. Great customer service.

This App has been excellent for my subscription needs, and I much prefer its pricing model to many other apps out there. Their support team is also excellent and very responsive. I had a very complicated case involving the transfer of subscriptions from another system to Appstle, and they provided excellent support to make sure we got everything right and running smoothly.

Support is available 24/7 and answers in minutes for simple and more exotic subscription configuration scenarios. The combination of both, enabled us to get the store up and running fast.

Appstle is amazing- they are the most responsive on any issue that I have, and have made having a subscription business so much easier. I can't recommend them more (I've researched and tried lots of different ones and most get terrible reviews). Appstle is DEF the best.

After finding out the Shopify Subscriptions app, at best, is not a trust builder with our customers, and at worst, is probably illegal, we searched for a new subscriptions app and our developer recommended Appstle. Dealing with customer info and possible lost sales is always nerve-wracking, however, the Appstle tech support team is wonderful, and their chat feature works in almost real time. They are clear about the process and, when they don't have a easy-to-read help article, they are more than happy to share screenshots to help you choose the right features. We look forward to working with them and checking out their other apps.
