Install process was easy and straight forward. The support was quick and easy to deal with. We have no feedback on the way the app works for subscriptions as we only installed today. But the onboarding was great.

I had an issue (that I created) with managing multiple subscriptions with multiple payment dates. I connected with Ash on the Help Desk and she walked me through the solution step-by-step with screen shots that were easy to understand. This subscription service is all new to me, but the support staff has been key in helping this subscription operate smoothly.

I have to say that the support is excellent, I've been communicating with the team for a few days during migration process and I had an outstaying experience. Very detail and customer oriented support. Thank you

Merchant engineers are helpful. Sometimes takes a while for them to respond (about 15m wait) but they are always able to help you out

Just installed the app, but so far so good ! There are super clear instructions on how to set it up and the best is the customer service. I had a question and they were immediately available to answer it and they provided right away solutions. I am really thankful to Ash, the person who helped me. Thanks again.

I am still in the process of setting everything up for my new website, so I haven't been able to fully test the app yet. But I have experienced wonderful customer service from the likes of Sebastian, Uri, Hussein, and others over the past few weeks. From chat support to google meet calls, their support team has been awesome, answering all my questions about subscriber migration from another platform and installing widgets where I needed them very quickly. I definitely recommend them for excellent customer support!

Customer service was as good as advertised. Sean not only answered all of my questions (which was a lot), but he sent me videos for me to follow in order to make the desired changes. I can't say enough about how good my experience was with Appstle customer service.
