Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

I chose Shopify to set up my online bouquet delivery service that is subscription based. I first downloaded the native Shopify subscription app and was pretty happy with it but it wasn't quite right. I compared a few other apps they had to offer and decided on Appstle. Appstle has a great support team of engineers that have helped me get started. It can be daunting to new software and eat up a lot of time. What I loved from the start with Appstle is the ability to chat with real people who can help. They even have recorded processes for me to reference later. Service like that is hard to beat. I am so happy I chose Appstle and hope others give it a try.

Great customer service. I was previously using Kaching Bundles & Subscription and it was so difficult to try and set up the subscription widget I wanted. They couldn't do it, they took long to respond and weren't helpful. I switched to Apostle and was set up with an hour! I'm annoyed I didn't switch sooner. Highly recommend!

Alan was a great help and solved my issue in a matter of minutes and gave me helpful tips on how to navigate issues in the future!

Customer service DOES exist. I was able to jump on a chat with Sebastian and he confirmed and directed me with screen shots and guidance to ensure our first attempt at a subscription model was set up based on the parameters I was trying to achieve. I'm a novice, but it's set up like a pro! That you Apostle for having a robust yet simple system that makes it easy for a non-developer like me.
