Appstle Subscriptions has been a huge help for my store. I had a few things set up wrong on my end at first and their support team jumped in right away and helped me sort everything out. They didn’t just fix the issue, they actually worked with me to make sure the setup made sense long term. What stood out most was how personable and responsive they were. It felt like I was working with someone on my team, not just sending tickets back and forth. They were patient, explained things clearly, and made sure everything was running smoothly before wrapping up. If you’re setting up subscriptions and want support that actually cares and knows what they’re doing, Appstle makes it really easy. Definitely recommend. Yatz was the best!

Appstle has great customer support! Ryan explained things very clearly and even helped me out with additional ways that improved my website. I haven't used customer support before with them, but I will definitely do it again with any future questions I have. Thanks Appstle team! :)

Highly recommend for anyone looking to add subscriptions to their Shopify store. Simple setup, clean integration, and genuinely fast customer support. Had a few CSS customizations on the widget and Brooks handled everything within minutes.

We switched to Appstle about six months ago after ongoing issues with our previous subscription app. Customers frequently struggled to manage their subscriptions, and that friction was costing us retention. Since making the switch, those issues have completely disappeared. The user experience is smooth and intuitive, and we’ve seen a clear increase in subscriber retention. Their customer support has also been outstanding, responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to help whenever needed. Overall, moving to Appstle has been a great decision for our business.

Getting someone to chat is quick. Sometimes less than a minute and they try to show me how to solve issues or offer to do it for me. I prefer to learn things myself and they alwasy send a video step by step of how to which is great.
