Been tinkering with Appstle for my Shopify subscriptions, and I'm very happy with it. The support team, especially Natasha, Henry, and Harris, have been solid. They're available a good chunk of the day and have been really helpful, particularly with customizing my subscription plan widget. It's finally looking the way I want, thanks to their assistance. They're pretty on the ball and responsive when you need them 24/7, impressive!

I have only had this app for a week after transferring across from another but the customer service has been incredible the entire step of the way.

Takes a little bit of tinkering to learn everything, but their customer service is top notch and have been able to answer all of my questions or simply fix my issue with ease. Highly recommend.

We added Appstle to our Shopify store and it's been a great decision. The app is user-friendly and has streamlined our subscription service, enhancing our customer experience. A special shoutout to Ash from their support team, who went above and beyond in helping us. The overall responsiveness of the Appstle team has been impressive. I just switched from a different subscription app, and I'm beginning to love it. The app is completely integrated on my admin page and the support is TOP NOTCH!!!

So far so good! I'm fairly new to this app but after researching a few different subscription apps, Appstle had all the features I was looking for without being overly confusing. They have a free plan up to $500 in monthly subscriptions which is awesome because you don't have to pay until you can afford to ;) I recently reached out to customer service with a question and they got back to me ASAP to clear up my question!
