In order to add subscription functionality, the app will delete your existing product and recreate it. In the process, resetting SKU, and shipping weights without notifying us before hand. Ended up messing up many of our ongoing orders and costing us significant time to clean up.
Hello, This is Ria, the co-founder of Appstle. Our app DOES NOT delete and recreate existing products to add subscription functionality. That is a convoluted and wasteful process. Appstle is natively and exclusively built for Shopify and Shopify Plus platform, and connects the subscription plans to your existing products in Shopify. Therefore, there WILL BE NO CHANGES TO SKUs, shipping weights, or other associated details. Appstle Subscriptions is currently and actively used by 26,000+ Shopify merchants and it is the above Shopify integrated process for all. I have poured through our intercom chats and emails, but did not find any communication or ticket from you regarding this. Our merchant support team is available 24/7/365 and would be happy to assist you. Pls ping us on the chat widget or email us at [email protected]. I will highly recommend the Appstle Subscription App. It integrates perfectly with my Shopify store, has an incredibly robust customer portal and they have GREAT customer service!

I posed a query in the chat section pertaining to the operations of the application. Engineer Harris responded, and the issue was immediately resolved. In addition to responding to my inquiries, he enhanced the aesthetics of my website. They responded immediately to my inquiries and made additional adjustments remotely that could have been enhanced. I wanted to migrate from my current rewards program to Appstle as it includes more features, such as point expiration and VIP program for. a much lower price. Unfortunately, the backend of this app is very time consuming and complicated. The wording and options were confusing. You also can't preview anything you are doing. The migration was very manual, and I started feeling very uneasy about removing my current program as I was not very confident in this one. I reached out to support several times, and although they were responsible, I really received not much help in the migration, although they keep stating to chat with them for a smooth migration with a specialized team. My recommendation would be to have a dedicated person to hands-on migrate you (copy your current program), and get you going right away.

Great product with cheap plans to help you deliver your customers a subscription based purchase experience. If you need any help at all the response time for help is fast with great guidance. 10/10 recommend

This app is packed full of features and really simple to use. I did get stuck with setting up my subscription plan, but the help team were quick to reply and fixed the issue quickly (it was my fault). The offer for the help team to log in and implement my change was awesome and very comforting to know that if I have any technical issues, the team can be there is fix for me. I have never experienced as effective, quick and solution focused customer service with any other shopify app. Just integrate the app - they'll help you figure out how to make the best of it

The speed and effectiveness of the support this app offers is unmatched. There were able to make several customizations for me within minutes of asking. The back end of the system can be a little tricky to navigate at first but the features it offers are fantastic.

This app is super great and has helped scale my business. The set up is very straight forward and easy with their help videos. In the last 8 months I've only ever had one issue, so I reached out and the problem was fixed within 5 min. Definitely recommend
