I just used the support chat to get a date configuration setting changed. Took 6 minutes from start to finish and was handled professionally, efficiently, and correctly by Brooks. That's great service in my book!

I wish I could give them additional stars! I had the pleasure of working with Sebastian and he went above and beyond to help me get exactly what i was looking for. I got all my answers fast and he did everything for me! The app is amazing and the support is out of this world!

After initially not hearing back - reached out again Brooks was helpful, diligent and queried our issue on an internal store to provide and effective solution. Always prompt and 24/7 access
