Experience was good, love the visual explanation of a video being sent. However, if the person explaining the steps on video can speak more clearly (not fast) that would be great!

I'm really enjoying the app so far- it's pretty easy to use and has great features. We have been optimizing our subscription settings as we prepare to launch and the support team have been super helpful for any assistance we've needed (almost immediate response times and guided instructions) - Henry and Mia, have helped me get everything ready for my launch. The settings section is a little hard for me to work with. But Mona was very patient in assisting me with all the questions and helped me successfully set up the subscription as I wanted. Thank you very much. Top Recommendation!

This is my second website to use this app. Its been great. Only issue is transferring customers from one shopify site to another, but the techies sorted this for me. Every time I have needed assistance, they have been there. Definately recommend them

A great platform for subscription services, but their customer support is what truly stands out! They’re responsive, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help. If you need a subscription tool with top-notch service, Appstle is the one.

Incredibly helpful support and stuck with me until everything was resolved. You get a lot more in terms of features and usability than other providers both as the seller and for your customers.

I would highly recommend Appstle Subscriptions App for your Shopify Store. The service and support are amazing. I am very grateful for "Brooks" who spent a great deal of time explaining what features where available and how they worked. I was not rushed and encouraged to ask questions. Brooks also went above and beyond by taking the initiative customizing features while getting things set up and running on my store. There are more than enough features available on the free version if you are just starting out but following such great service I am exploring the options of downloading their other apps.

It's a bit early to call the app perfect as I'm just launching my website, but the dashboard is intuitive and highly customizable. On the rare occasions when something can't be adjusted, the customer service team is incredibly responsive and effective.

This app has been amazing for adding subscription options to our website and the support team has been even better. I needed to change a few cosmetic things to customize it to our look and feel and they were fast to respond and walk me through step by step over the last month while I built out my website. I've already tested the subscription process myself by placing a subscription order reoccurring every 2 weeks and I noticed something that needed to be changed in the auto sent email. within minutes the support team walked me through it and had it exactly the way I wanted it. I also use their loyalty app and even customized it for giveaways so customers earn "entries" instead of "points".
