The customer service is top-notch. Mia helped solve my issue efficiently. She also helped with another question I had by creating a step-by-step video for me. That's perfect for me as I am a non-techie.

Honestly the most amazing customer service I've ever had working within the Shopify ecosystem of partners. The Appstle team, Mona specifically was great. I was having an issue with the App running properly because the snippet code from on of the competitors didn't uninstall completely. The problem was found quickly and Mona was able to fix everything within minutes once I provided collaborator access. Tremendous service.

I've had this app for a while now and so far it's treating me well. I like that they have a 24/7 chat line where I can go and resolve anything about the app. There are tons of things that this app can do, and while at this time I'm not utilizing them, it is great to know that I'm able to customize a seamless experience for our customers.

Absolutely blown away with this app and the excellent customer service provided by their team. They have literally thought of everything! Transferring your current customers across to their app is very simple and easy to do. Creating unique shipping rules for new and existing customers is easy. The integration with Shopify and existing shipping rules works seamlessly at checkout. If you have any issues at all, they are addressed immediately, with helpful videos of your backend recorded by their team, to clearly demonstrate exactly how to fix the problem. I cannot recommend them enough. Seriously this has to be the best app and development team on shopify!

This app has some of the best customer service - the team is incredibly responsive and supportive. They had to do some custom editing to make things work properly with my theme and they did this so quickly without any issues :D

The subscription setup was easy but I had an issue where the checkout didn't recognize the subscription order. Support was able to get on a chat with me quickly and helped resolve the issue, which was a theme compatibility issue. Harris from the support team guided me and fixed the issue quickly. He also offered to change the look and feel of the subscription widget box to match our theme. Wonderful support team and amazing app!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. Sometimes I can't sleep because I wear so many hats as we build out our company and I start a chat with them at 2:30 AM. They are always there and will work with me for hours on the littlest projects. These little projects seem so unnecessary to some but as a professional entrepreneur we know they're extremely important! Thanks Appstle, you guys are the best
