Je viens seulement d'installer l'application il y a quelques jours mais je n'ai que d'agréables surprises depuis. Tout d'abord, l'équipe support m'a aidé à migrer les informations de mes clients depuis l'ancienne application jusqu'à celle-ci, tout s'est très bien passé, l'équipe a été très patiente et d'une grande aide. Depuis, je les contacte régulièrement dès que j'ai un soucis et je suis très satisfaite, ils sont généreux de leurs temps et de leurs conseils. Je recommande !

Great app, with awesome customer support. As a first time user the subscription was not working for some reasons and they fixed it in under 5 minutes. Also really affordable pricing plans, the app is free until you have $500/month in subscription revenue

I am just getting started using the app but I had a question, contacted support and super quick they helped me figure it out. I feel more comfortable knowing if I get stuck support is there! So excited for new subscriptions :-)

The app itself is a bit confusing to navigate, though this might be due to my unfamiliarity with the app and the language of using a new platform. However, I had a great experience recently with the customer support chat. Very helpful, responsive, and in my opinion, deserving of the 5 stars. They were able to change and fix all my issues on their end while thoroughly explaining what was causing said issues—even showing screenshots pointing out where the problem was and what was changed to fix the issue. Would recommend!

I am just getting started with my website and the idea of integrating all the features of bigger stores is daunting. However I know that I will need to offer these features and conveniences if I am going to compete. Appstle has been a huge weight off my mind because I have no idea how to code and these guys made the process easy. Now the step between sending someone a bill and getting paid is eliminated because I offer physical products and services on my site. Even prompt people will sometimes ignore an invoice. So, turn that invoice into a receipt.

We chose Appstle because it supports a lot of features and more complex use cases. The software is not very intuitive but their customer support team is "grade A" and is able to answer questions within minutes.
