I needed help with configuring what I wanted as I wasn't sure if how I configured it would do what I want. She helped me configure it nearly as I wanted and let me know what change I needed to make in shopify side of things to make it work like I wanted. She even personally configured my button for me to match my theme! Mitanshu was amazing, I highly recommend her and appstle!

I had the best experience with this app and the service staff. They helped me to create a subscription that works for our business and when I was unsure of how to make it work, they stayed with me through the complete process. It has worked beautifully! I would recommend the app and make sure to reach out to customer service should you need help! They are THE BEST!

So far so good, we moved from recharge because it stopped working and was no longer compatible with our site. Support has been helpful with the migration and quick to answer any questions.

This app has great features and customizations. We tried another app first for subscriptions and it was very limited. Appstle team has been very helpful and responsive. We have been using it for a few weeks now and everything seems to be working smoothly.

I have been using Appstle for my site for a few months now and everything has been great. Very quick customer service and easy to navigate system. Prarthana helped tweak the widget to fit my sites theme which was nice and easy.

I initially tried a diff sub app but didnt like its limited functions...I then learned about this one. It does everything i need! The support staff is EXCELLENT and have helped explain settings and even helped to tweek some things left in the code from the other app I had tried previously. I really enjoy the options in this app and it saves me so much time in not having to manually bill customers any longer. FIRST RATE CUSTOMER service to help you in anything you need as well!

I have been using Appstle for just over a year now. I've had to contact support a couple of times for help with small issues and the support team have always been able to help me resolve my issue within minutes. Very happy with this app and the great support on offer.

This app helped increased our LTV and is great! Had an issue with it not working at first, but after getting support from Prarthana, she helped me configure the widget to work perfectly & align nicely with the UI. Thank you!

Overall the app is easy to use and does what it is supposed to. I do want to point out the exceptional customer service though. I have reached out a few times via chat about issues I was having and always got a quick response (within a couple minutes) and a solution. One time did end up being a bug on their end and they got a fix for it within a day, which I was super impressed with. Would definitely recommend the plugin

Fantastic support behind this app and available 24/7! I used to use Recharge but my new theme wasn't supported with the new shopify checkout and Recharge so I moved over to Appstle and the support has been nothing short of amazing. They explained to me what I needed to do to download my current subscription data and they just took care of it all. Super impressed! The app in itself is very intuitive, easy to set up and the tutorial videos available are easy to follow and easy to understand.
