Fantastic customer support which I believe is imperative with this sort of product. The responses I received were lightning fast, probably because they work across different time zones. It's worth pointing out that Appstle works with Shopify Flow. That's Shopify's new automation tool that connects everything for a seamless automatic fulfillment. Appstle chat support is fantastic! I had a big problem with my subscription checkout. I was getting error messages every time I tried a test purchase. I searched and searched for the issue and couldn't find it. Finally, I reached out via the Appstle support chat. They fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. I'm so grateful for the fast support. If I have any issues in the future I'm going straight to the chat. I can't recommend it high enough.

We were using Yotpo's subscription program which was expensive and nearly as functional as the Appstle Subscription App. Because we've had such a good experience, we've also switched over to Appstle's Points & Rewards app as well. Customer service is quick to respond and works hard to make sure any issue I may run up again is handled swiftly. Onboarding was very easy as well. I can't recommend Appstle enough!

This is the first time I've setup a subscription site. Appstle quickly provided great support when setting up. Full of great features. Highly Recommended

We have just changed over from the Shopify subscription app because we wanted more functionality for our customers. We have just successfully installed the Appstle subscription app (Business plan) with the help of the team from Appstle. The portal looks good, and is easy and simple to understand (we have limited products atm so we haven't set up build a box). Honestly, the Appstle team were awesome. I scheduled a call with the team to go through some questions I had and to make sure it was set up correctly before going live. They migrated my customers over, checked everything was in place and advised the steps I needed to take to finalise the change over. I'm not a Shopify expert so their help was invaluable. Shout out to Muhammad - he was the Appstle advisor I had the call with and he was fantastic! The team would also send me videos of exactly what I had to do when I had further questions. Thank you to the whole team for your amazing service and assistance! The team explained things clearly and I was impressed with how quickly someone responded to all of my emails (and there was alot!) - that's super important when you're trying to set something up seamlessly and promptly. Thanks again!
