10 out of 10 highly recommend. The customer service team is amazing, all 15 of them. I kept reaching out to them to get assistance with my website and they did not fail to deliver. They were extremely polite, very responsive, and happy to help. I spent a couple hours on the live chat with a few of them, helping me navigate through my website. They were so kind to help me figure out my frustrations and when they couldn’t, they did not hesitate to follow up with me on a solution from their developers.

I worked with a very helpful gentleman who stayed with me the entire afternoon until we worked out the problem. Offering a subscription to your products on Shopify is the best way to accumulate wealth, as repeat orders are the way to go. This app will greatly help your business grow, and with the customer support from Appstle, you can't go wrong!

We have used Appstle for the past year and love the app. Easy to customize to meet your needs, great customer portal, merchant portal is intuitive, and the customer service has been stellar- If theres ever an issue they address it quickly. You can't beat the combination of price, service and function.

I use this app in a very unconventional way, and the support team has been amazing in helping me facilitate this. There's no way another app would be as flexible as this one. Our business has so much more financial stability because of this. Thanks Appstle team - I appreciate you all!

Really easy to use, and customer support is awesome. They helped me implement a custom billing request and solved a purchasing flow pain point that other platforms couldn't. Really helpful and friendly customer service. Highly recommend!
