Honestly couldn't ask for better support! Not only did they help me with my queries, but they actually suggested other ways in which they could improve my subscriptions. Would highly recommend.

Aiden's customer service quality is insanely good. He helped me thru everything and recorded a loom video outlining and explaining the ins and outs. He took the extra step to upload my logo to make it look more professional on the emails so that was very nice of him. 10/10 boss should give him a raise!

I absolutely love using Appstle! Their customer service is incredibly fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I had questions or ran into issues, their team responded quickly and even sent demo videos showing exactly how to fix things on my own website. They also included screenshots and real-time guidance, which made everything so much easier to understand. What really impressed me was that they went above and beyond — they even took the time to look over other areas of my website and helped upload my logo for my email setup. It’s rare to find support that’s this thorough and patient. Highly recommend Appstle if you’re looking for an app backed by an amazing support team!

The support team are fast and helpful. Having just set up the subscriptions service I am a total novice so they walked me through troubleshooting steps plus they also made updates directly on shopify. So far so good, and Im sure lll need their help again so happy to be using this app.

Honestly, I've used a ton of apps across Shopify and this one has the BEST customer service. I've always had someone assist me with a solution to the problem and they either give me a step by step OR fix it for me.

Very good experience. I had an issue and discussed with Adam at customer support and he was very prompt and helpful. The app is working great and it's super easy to configure.

Excellent app with millions of settings to fine-tune your funnels, user interface, products availability and more. Sometimes it's hard to find the right check box but support is always there, response time (in my experience) never was longer than a minute. Highly recommended.
