The team members are absolutely awesome! The help comes within 5 minutes of chatting with them and the setup of the app is just easy to understand. What's best about it for me is just that its just a pretty app lays well with my website. Love it!

This is THE MOST EXCELLENT chat customer service I have ever experienced. The support engineer was able to help me with a fairly complicated subscription problem. There was one small aspect which couldn't be addressed right away, but I was assured the development team would fix the issue by tomorrow. This was one support chat that was time well-spent! This service is easy to use. They just need to expand into text message subscription options.

Appstle's customer service team is wonderful - they've been really flexible with us on a number of occasions as well as very responsive and friendly. We've been pretty happy with the service and handling of our subscriptions, and there is a lot of room for customization.

I just installed the app and the options are fantastic. Not to mention the incredible support team and service that they provide. They helped me with migration and custom settings so I didn't have to spend hours doing it myself. Extremely valuable!!

I have bugged the heck out of this team with my stupid questions and inability to comprehend the simplest of instructions. Though, this small team behind this app have been responsive, helpful and overly nice throughout all of it. They have fixed every issue I have inquired about in a timely manner. Best support ever...oh yeah - the app is fantastic too!
