Amazing customer support like no other app I'm using, they do the job for you, and pricing options are very best for small businesses, they did my migration from the bold app that I was using earlier, and the process was quite smooth. best

I have not had a chance to use the app yet, but I can say that whilst setting up the app the customer support was amazing. Jackon, my rep, was very nice and very quick to help. 10/10 customer support. Jackson needs a raise!

So far its pretty solid! I needed a little help from Jackson, one of the merchant engineers but it only took him a few minutes to help me get my widget setup and he even developed a few custom design options for me that matched the aesthetic of my site. Thank you!

very robust app, especially for the price point. impressed with support and options, as well as reporting. It's not often you find something good, cheap, and fast - this is that kind of unicorn.

Henry was very helpful is listening to my situation and trying to find a solution as I migrate our client from BOLD subscriptions to Appstle and trying to visually look the same on the front end. We don't have a solution yet, but hes reaching out to the team to see what is possible!

I got a technical issues responded to and fixed within a few minutes. Then I had a few other questions and the customer support responded promptly. The whole interchange was pleasant and I got my issues resolved. For someone who's not a techie, I'm immediately sold on Appstle.

Hussain was the one that helped me. Customer service is key when I look to partner with a company. It doesn't matter how nice or awesome your app is. If the customer service doesn't happen or it's replaced by AI, customers can tell how much you actually care. The promise is only as good as trust that is built over time. You can't automate that. Appstle's team does not compromise on this. I recommend their service.

They have been a good company and even when I uninstalled the app by mistake their dedicated team and system were able to restore everything without issue...as though it hadn't happened. It could use some work on the end user side of things but I have liked it thus far.
