I have recently switched from an alternative subscription app, and found this one to be much better value and the support has been great.

Brooks was great and quick help! With the basic plan I've been impressed and surprised by some features I just learned about.

I just download this app. I am still making my way around it. I ran into an issue while setting up the subscription plan. I contacted support, they got back to me in no time. I was chatting with Adam, He assisted me well, I appreciate his expertise and patience. Honestly I don't know how well the app performs yet or how much value it's gonna bring to my store, but so far I am satisfied with their support system.

Great support team. Very patient, helpful and insightful. Spent a great deal of time with me, using every tool possible to make sure I understood and that our expectations were alligned.

The app doesn't quite do everything we would hope right off the shelf , but the support team are very helpful in making custom changes to design and layout via chat! They have gone above and beyond to help us with queries and customisation on numerous occasions... Recommended!

Fast, helpful support. Launching and managing subscriptions has been a lot more complicated than we thought it would be. The responsive support and assistance has helped a lot.

Really wonderful functionality! While there are limitations on customizations to your visuals, the support team is insanely responsive and can adjust anything you need to work within your theme. Really wonderful service!

Responsive support, reasonably priced compared to competitors, lots of setting depth, inc retention flows and very customisable customer portal. All worth 5 stars. Critique: Confusing split settings across Shop settings, customer portal and other settings. And despite reasonable cost noted above, if wanting automation APIs for flows and webhooks that can add $100-300 to the plans ads add-ons.

The customer service had a lot of patience with me to setting up and running a subscription service for the first time.

This app is a super easy way to introduce subscriptions into your shopify store. There is a little bit of setup to do in the beginning, but then it seems to be pretty plug and play. I had a few questions on how to use it and the support team was very helpful. I would recommend using this app.
