The app is working great and support is fast and very well organized. I can only give the app 4 stars because of the way subscriptions are managed by the customer. They need to create an account on Shopify to manage their subscriptions but its not clear for customers to do this unless I force all customers to create an account before checkout.

Early days - but I think the app does it's job. I've had the odd issue - and the Support function have been fast and effective. Hopefully, I'll upgrade my rating to five stars if the last piece of advice works properly

We haven't fully investigated the app yet but the customer service is very good. Even as a customer on the free plan they went above and beyond to help tweak the install and theme integration.

An sich ein gutes Tool um Abos anzubieten, jedoch würde ich mir wünschen, dass ich es mehr selbst konfigurieren kann. Zwar setzt es der Support um aber hätte doch gerne mehr Freiheit diesbezüglich. Die Sprachen werden auch nicht alle sauber übersetzt und es war viel manuelle Arbeit notwendig aber ich denke, dass wird bestimmt demnächst auch noch angepasst. Kann es trotzdem weiterempfehlen!

The apps seems to have most of the features a subscription app should have. That's good. The things I am not so happy, is it contains minor UI bugs. LIke: i have buid-a-box and, once displayed, View item button is enabled, when clicked, the popup is displayed at botton screen! should be min middle. There are other minor issues , the support has to put CSS in. Or certain elements are not displayed correctly. Just costmetics UI issues for now.

This app has many features. We were able to find a way to handle subscriptions with the help of their support staff. Really a great app and service.

So far so good but definitely has a lot of room for improvements especially in terms of seamless integration. Customer service is quick in responding.

Ash was excellent as chat support - one of the few times that a chat experience was as good as a telephone call. The app itself could do with more design options on the product page, like allowing us to upload an image file.

So far so good. Customer service has been very good. Only two of the display options work in my theme but overall the one I’m using is clean and modern and looks and functions appropriately.

So far everything has been going smoothly. Client had a very bad experience with a previous app and so this is a fresh turn. Customer service is quite knowledgeable in the intricacies of the apps functionality and have very patient and listen to the issues that have arisen. The fact that they are 24/7 and not just say that but are available is a breeze of fresh-air which is very much needed in design.
