It looks great and the support has been excellent. I had some trouble with the price not updating in the cart and I reached out to support and within 5 minutes the issue was solved. 10/10 highly recommend.

The software itself has been really smooth for actually getting and retaining subscriptions. For the one time I've had a small tech issue, the team fixed it in 2 minutes and customized the look for me based on my site's theme. Couldn't ask for more.

Help desk was quick and went above and beyond to solve my issue, Mona even went so far as to get site buttons to match my theme. I am confident I made the right choice by signing up with Appstle.

We just switched over from another subscription platform, and their team made the migration super easy. They are responsive and even recorded videos specifically for me to help me understand one question I had. Very impressed!

Mia was a huge help in navigating the font tweaks and small customizations we wanted. Not only did they have support, but they also had a live chat rep at almost 9pm PST. Mia was incredibly helpful and communicative. After 7+ years of working with Shopify, this is one of the best app support experiences I have had. If you are worried about anything, I am sure the team is ready and standing by to help.

The app works as desired, very good option for membership plans. Though, what makes it amazing is the constant support from the engineers, who can be contacted 24/7 and always provide the best quality responses, fixing absolutely everything you'd need. Thank you so much!!

For the price, their customer service is top tier. Their flexibility in the subscriptions and detailed options ensures you will be able to apply appropriate discounts and deliver great service. Customer service is huge in today's industry and they are here to help 24/7. Obviously give grace during peak hours but you will find that you will get your answer quickly. Bang for the buck, this should be your first choice. They also consider nonprofit discounts on your pricing if you qualify.

The customer service is amazing. I have asked for help twice. Once when I was in the final hours before launch and I needed urgent help. Then again when I needed assistance customizing a widget to match my brand. Ash was responsive, professional, incredibly fast and helped me get exactly what I needed, quickly. You don't expect that kind of service from an app developer, having worked with many in the past. But Appstle really delivers on its quality and service and I would recommend this app to anyone.
