Excellent Support & Smooth Onboarding! We recently started implementing Appstle for our subscription strategy and the experience so far has been very positive. Adam from the support team assisted me during the initial setup and was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our specific setup and made sure to guide me through the process step by step. What I appreciated most was his willingness to listen carefully and provide clear explanations, including a helpful LOOM VIDEO that made the configuration much easier to understand. We still have a few actions to finalize on our side, but if everything continues to run as smoothly as it has so far, Appstle will definitely become an important part of our subscription strategy. Thank you Adam and the Appstle team for the great support!

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. The support was able to fix issues i was having from their side and identified issues i did not realize. The app is also very user friendly and was able to be setup in minutes while fulfilling all subscription needs.

The app works great, made it easy to get subscriptions rolling. Even better was the support team. These guys are on it. Quick to reply and they get shit done. First message to them I got a custom video showing me exactly what steps to take to fix something. Done and done. They're good.

I can't recommend Appstle enough. It's easy to use, and if you do have any questions, the customer service is the best I've ever received. I won't even consider switching to any other subscription company because I can't imagine anyone being better than them. Highly recommend, so glad a subscription service like this exists!

Adam from Appstle Subscriptions was incredibly helpful throughout the entire setup process. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step and made sure my subscription tiers were set up correctly and flowing smoothly on my Shopify store. What I appreciated most was his patience and attention to detail—he didn’t just answer my questions, he made sure everything looked clean, professional, and worked exactly how I needed it to. I'm migrating my WooCommerce store to Shopify and needed an app to handle my subscriptions. Being brand new to Shopify, I figured the decision was arbitrary and by luck started with Appstle. After I signed up, a real human helped me migrate my data over, walked me through any errors that came up, and then, when I thought we were done (and with already fantastic results) proceeded to alert me of several tweaks I could do to make my transition not only seamless but superior to what I had previously (with a paid service). They did this at the free tier. They saw things that I wouldn't have noticed in my set up, offered to implement them for me, and documented how when I wanted to learn. Coming from a world where I pay more for inferior customer service, I am impressed. I know my subscriptions will grow with them and I'm happy to continue upgrading as I scale.

We left Bold Subscriptions and Appstle Subscriptions is better in almost every way, including being less expensive. Our experience with the Appstle Subscriptions App process was incredibly seamless from start to finish. We felt like our hands were held throughout the entire journey (via chat), which took a lot of the stress out of the transition. What truly blew us away was their proactive approach; the team even recommended adjustments to our website to better align with our app’s functionality—service we never expected. Truly an amazing experience!
