Easy to use and set up subscription service. Customer support was super quick and they fixed my issue within 10 mins. They then also helped change my widget to suit the theme, making the integration seemless.

Appstle is a very well put together app. Anytime I needed guidance from their technical team, they have responded within the first couple minutes.

Jackson, the Merchant Success Engineer at Appstle Inc. was extremely helpful and went out of his way to understand my problem and then fix it on the backend so other customers would not have a problem. Many thanks for the help

Chaque fois que nous avons une problématique, nous écrivons au support et avons toujours une réponse rapide. Les gens du support sont courtois et sympathiques. Ils nous ont même proposés de nous aider à agencer le widget avec notre boutique en ligne sans que nous leur demandions. Vraiment un excellent service clientèle, nous recommandons!

Customer service is quick and helpful, he even made suggestions of how I could improve a few features. The app looks clean on my website and is easy to use.

Great subscription app, great customization option. Support is helpful and easy to access, but the wait time is much longer than what the estimated wait time says. It said I would be waiting 3 min but I was waiting in the queue for about an hour. The support team member was still very helpful

Customer Service is great. i was staring at my computer trying to figure out how to fix some issues on my website and they went above and beyond helping me fix the problem and making it look prettier too. huge win.

My experience has been excellent so far. I needed some support when first installing the app, and it has been great. Jackson helped me to install a widget on my homepage, as well as address some other concerns. It was quick and easy!

Immediately I was so happy with this app and the team behind it. When I reached out for help not only did they answer my question within 2 minutes, they also went above and beyond to make sure that my widget matched my site. All within the free plan that I selected and never pressured me into an upsell. So happy I chose this app.
