I am new to the app. I found it highly customisable and easy to set up. The free plan is very generous - not sure how long it will stay available. Needed help with some advanced settings (at least for me) and the agent assisted swiftly and went above and beyond to improve other aspects. Initial impressions are excellent.

I was able to have my issue resolved within minutes by the incredibly efficient team. It took a huge weight off my shoulders to have them understand my needs and action them with their expertise.

The customer service team is absolutely wonderful. And i ask a lot of questions and ask them to do alot of things and they do it everysingle time regardless of how confusing my asks are. Sean being one of those guys on the team, absolutely incredible.

I've been using this app for a few months in my small shop. It's my side - hustle so I don't have a lot of time to spend on my website. I need applications that can be easily integrated and set up. (and easily supported). The app was easy to integrate and when I had any questions, their support staff was quick to respond, friendly, and very helpful!

This app is extremely easy to start up and use. Everything is intuitive, and there are settings to customize everything you can think of with your subscriptions. We use the Build-a-Box feature the most were customers can choose their products for a bundle, and all the products are on one page. The customer service team is also amazing! They always respond within a minute at many different times throughout the day and week. They are very knowledgable and have been able to fix all my concerns wether it needed to be custom coded, or is a combination of settings to achieve my desired want.

I've received amazing customer service to help integrate this app into our storefront and the function I need it to perform!
