Extremely wonderful, software is very very flexible, but as with all flexible products comes complexity of use. But fret not, despite it's complexities, the customer service chat response super quickly and all the obstacles I've experienced and questions that I've had so far using Appstle for my Shopify store can all be solved very smoothly with their help.

I like the app a lot and the support is amazing. Sometimes I have really difficult questions and I always get an answer within under 10 minutes. I thought about changing to a competitor because all of my founder friends use the other one but I will definitely stay. And the price is absolutely fair.

By far the best customer service out of any Shopify app. Even at 2 AM someone is helping me on the spot with my issues, 100 % recommend!

Customer service is real people and was exceptional. They not only made me a video of the exact solution and explanation but they also explained to me via chat. Little to no wait time. Awesome thank you all.

The behind the app in FANTASTIC and so is the app! We have multiple stores, all using Appstle. The Appstle team really helps with copying translations and set up for one store to the other store. If you ask a question, you will get an answer within minutes!

They are very professional, I had a little issue of not understanding something and start chatting with one of those workers and helped me solving the problem live from the chat. I recommend !
