I recently switched from another Shopify subscription app to Appstle. The migration process was smooth and error-free. However, it's important to note that the migration may not be instant. Follow the provided steps carefully and allow their team to guide you. By doing so, you can complete the migration without any issues. Since migrating, I have received excellent service from Appstle. They have been proactive in addressing any minor issues that have arisen, such as familiarizing myself with their system and making necessary tweaks to the theme code to ensure the customer portal functions perfectly. Although my store is not large and I have only been using Appstle for 2 months, we heavily rely on subscribers. So far, the experience has been very positive, and I highly recommend them.

The app is powerful and easy to use. The support team is super quick, patient and helpful. The nice thing is it can also be integrated with Appstle Loyalty program.

I really appreciate the chat service - very clear and helpful to clarify any issues. I think they do their best to make sure their functionalities work for what we are trying to do. I appreciate the videos and clear instructions their team is able to provide if anything is confusing!

I recently moved to Appstle from another Shopify subscription app that we had been using for some time. Basically we made the move due to some technical difficulties we were experiencing and, more importantly, a lack of responsive technical support. Our experience so far with Appstle has been nothing but great. They took care of migrating all of our subscription data into Appstle, walked me through the steps I needed to take on my end to integrate and activate Appstle, and they have been extremely responsive to all of my questions and concerns. It feels nice to get a response back in minutes or hours rather than days. I highly recommend Appstle and their staff, and a big shout out to Muhammad who got us up and running!

Appstle's Subscriptions App has really great customer service. They were super fast with helping with some problems that I didn't understand. The app itself easily navigable and helps us with the subscription problem that we've been having. Definitely recommend.

Henry from Appstle was super quick and helpful. I encountered a fairly big problem, and Henry very quickly solved it meaning it wasn't long before I was adding to my list of subscribers again! Can't recommend Appstle enough!
