Great tool, incredible customer support

Wasn't able to get the app to work. Wasted all week with customer support, Support were trying to assist but they were just constantly confused and there was constant communication issues. After trying for a week, we've decided we've wasted enough time.. Time to use another app

I am new to the Appstle Subscription App and after watching the videos i set up subscription plan but then had questions on the Build a box. Ask question on the chat and Jackson was quick to join the chat and help me finishing setting is up. The he offered addition feedback on how to improve the app on my website. He was able customize it to match our theme and then sent additional videos to add items to our customer account page. He waited until i was completely done before he left the chat. Something you do not see too much any more. Great and quick customer support. Would recommend the app.

This is a great app for our business and the customer support is next to none! As I've worked to set it up or add/takeaway different features, the customer support team has been amazing to provide the information I have needed. I'm excited to keep using this app to grow our business!

Customer Service is top notch! Often times I'll chat in to ask how to do something, and they'll not only tell me what to do, but actually do it for me.

We have been looking for an app to help us run our Monthly Flower Subscriptions, and we think we finally figured it out with Appstle. Their merchant success engineers are so quick to respond, so incredibly friendly, and so very helpful! They held our hands through the onboarding process, making us feel like we had help every step.

Brooks, one of the merchant success engineers, was very helpful in making the widget appear properly on our product pages. We have yet used it for actual sales, but are excited to do so. We will update when possible.
