Appstle is a great APP and works well for our subscriptions. The customer service team is incredible - we receive answers to questions quickly with really good solutions. We would highly recommend!

Great customer service with Akhtar. Fixed an issue very quickly for me (the location of the widget was in the wrong place but it was because of my fault), he quickly sent me a video on what to do to get it fixed and right away it was in the perfect spot. The service is quick for response and is very nice. Also explained the difference between plans for what I am looking for. I recommend this app! Great service makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE :)

I have recently changed from another app to Appstle. I have found the support team to be extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I have only been using the app for a few days, but so far am very pleased with what I am seeing. There looks to be many useful features and I am looking forward to trying them out. Happy customer here!

This is by far the best subscription app. Lots of options for customisation, easy use and most importantly the customer service is INCREDIBLE. I must say well done to Mann and Mitanshu. They are fantastic and have helped us through our implementation. We have used other subscription apps in the past and this is the best and most cost effective for sure.

Amazing Customer support! They are extremely quick and helpful. Also: We needed a tool that could make a Build A Box Bundle as a Subscription. They were the only ones, that could do the job. The pricing is fair, the app is great and very easy to set up.

We love this product. Set up is easy and the team is always on hand to offer support. Sometimes we have special requests from our customers or billing issues related to customer changes and the team is always helpful in creating work-arounds AND showing us how to do it also - so that we can better serve our customers. Honestly, the best customer support!

Appstle offers some of the best customer service I've ever worked with. The response times are always in a few minutes, and the reps work with you until they have you squared away. Prarthana even helped me to get the UI styling looking a little better. Also, great product!

This app impresses me greatly, primarily for its native integration with Shopify's checkout API. Unlike other subscription apps such as ReCharge, which redirect customers to a different checkout page, Appstle ensures a smoother checkout journey. Additionally, I have to give credit to the outstanding customer service from the Appstle team. They're constantly accessible through live chat and have been instrumental in customizing my store to look and function precisely as I envisioned.
