La aplicación es fácil de instalar y de usar. Sirve perfectamente para gestionar suscripciones de clientes. I have never experienced a better customer service team. I've had some curly questions and asked for a few custom modifications to the platform - nothing has been too much hassle. The team are amazing. They're prompt. Their instructions are clear. They send Loom videos when explaining complex things. They have made the whole process of switching our subscription management system very easy.

its not user friendly for the subscriber when they want to cancel. When they want to cancel they email me and it takes up to much time
Hello, This is Ria, the co-founder of Appstle. I’ve reviewed your store configuration and noticed there might have been some confusion. Customers CAN easily manage their subscriptions with Appstle. We offer one of the most comprehensive customer portal. However, since you're using the Shopify Customer Account Pages approach, the Manage Subscription button needs to be manually added. This button wasn’t configured on your account page, which is why customers couldn’t manage their subscriptions directly. We’ve now gone ahead and integrated the Manage Subscription button on your account page. Once a customer logs into their account on your Shopify store, they’ll see the button and can manage their subscription with ease. Please take a moment to check and confirm that everything is working as expected. Let us know if you have any further questions. Our support team is available 24x7x365. I dealt with Ash - who has been absolutely superb and has gone above and beyond. Not only did he resolve the basic issue that I had, but he also implemented some custom CSS so that the UI matched that of my site! For FREE! Unreal commitment. Thanks my guy! James.

One of the best subscription services we have used. There is a lot to it, quite a bit of set up, however they have video tutorials and a pretty stellar customer service team who helps very promptly. We would definitely recommend this app as a win win for price and performance.
