Mitanshu was great, and solved my issue within just a couple of minutes. I hit a little bit of a bug during the install of the app, but it was quickly resolved by Mitanshu. So far so good, I am loving the ease of the app, and can't wait for the customers to start interacting with it.

The support team is quick to respond and easy to discuss issues with. You can inquire without hesitation during the free period, so you should first try to see if you can do what you are trying to do.

Love working with them. So much better than r*charge. Plus they don't tack on a % of sales.. They've been so helpful with everything.

Good customer service!
Dear Merchant, I am the CTO of Appstle. I am sorry you had less than stellar experience with us. The cart widget doesn't work out of the box for all themes. That's why we have a note in the portal to reach out in case it doesn't work. All the other issues are already taken care of. There was a high surge of merchant chats at that point of time, hence it took us some time to reply.

Great App that implements very well in website design, bit tricky with other languages than english due to manual translations or necessary third party apps. Great and helpful support team who really know how to code. :)

UPDATE: They keep improving this app. A solid subscription app though that is a bit of a learning curve (as with most subscription apps). Very helpful support team responds to questions quickly.

Editing: I've now had Appstle for two years and it is a phenomenal app, their support team is fantastic. I would highly, highly recommend. I've had Appstle for a few weeks now and so far it has had every feature I would need. There is a small lack of accessibility to customization, however, anytime I've wanted something customized or changed and the customization feature wasn't an option, Appstle's support team is quick to respond and has solved every problem I've faced. The upgrades monthly are very affordable comparatively. I'll be using this app for the foreseeable future.

My integration was quite complicated, but the Appstle team did not disappoint. They were all super responsive and helpful. I could not have been happier with the service. Momna in particular went to extra lengths to makes sure that all of the customisations were sorted out. Thanks team.

My company jsb skin just recently started offering subscriptions to my customers, and we decided to go with Appstle. So far the application seems user friendly and easy to manage. I did need some assistance with a few coding errors and the customer support team got right on it. She was very helpful and resolved our issue. I'm looking forward to using the app and it's entirety.

Just switched to Appstle from another subscription app - the customer service blew the competition away. They were extremely helpful- so far this app is significantly better than others i've used.
