I waited to leave a review until I was able to try the app out and see how it was working over a few weeks. All in all, I am very happy with this app and how it handles all of our subscriptions. We offer a subscription to a single product and that product is only shipped out every five weeks. I looked all over for an app that would enable us to run our subscriptions the way that we want, and this is the one! There are SO many ways you can customize the experience for your customers and SO many different settings to make the subscriptions work exactly how you need. We were able to set everything up so that it works perfectly for our niche product and customers. I will say that it took me almost two full days to get everything configured the way that we needed it to be for our specific needs. I reached out to their support folks more times than I'd like to admit, and they helped me with everything! I absolutely recommend this app, especially if you have some weirdo specific thing you're attempting to accomplish with your subscriptions.

Great app, great pricing, support is amazing, so far they are the best we've tried. A bit technical but as I said they have fantastic support so we didn't feel overwhelmed.

We have just migrated over to Appstle from another subscription app and so far the experience has been very positive. The 24/7 chat support is a huge bonus, and we've had a lot of support in our migration so far. Muhammad in particular has been super helpful and knowledgable.

This is by far the best app i have installed, not only is it saving me A LOT of money compared to other subscription apps (not naming names). But the support is incredible, they helped me migrate close to 1000 subscriptions without error, and their response time to fix minor errors from installing on our custom theme was impressive. Highly recommend. I Wish i knew about this app when i started my shop. Would give it 6 Stars if that was an option!

I installed the app a week ago and I'm totally delighted with it. The configuration is accessible even for beginners and the team of engineers present in the chat is very responsive and efficient in answering all questions. A precious help ! Best app for subscriptions !

This team has the absolute BEST customer service. They have spent hours with me as I've (slowly) been getting my storefront up and running. Even when I was on the Free plan, they went above and beyond.

Appstle is very robust and has lots of features, but it takes some time to set up properly. That said, once it's set up it works great! Also, having the "Build-A-Box" feature is a huge bonus for our customers as it gives them complete control to customize their subscription. Tech support is also excellent!

Great app! We were looking to completely customize our subscription setup, and this app offered a lot of flexibility to set up exactly what we were looking for. GREAT customer support. I didn't find the documentation and help articles/videos very helpful - they were vague and just gave the broad strokes - so I reached out via the help chat. I received speedy answers and support for all of my questions, and they even hopped in our store to make additions and changes that I was struggling to complete on my own. Highly recommend this app for both its usability and its support.

Absolutely love this app!! Have used other subscription apps in the past but this one is so so much better. Has a heap of features standard that you have to pay for with other app developers. Also there help service is great, sometimes it takes a few days to fix issues but they always do a great job. Thanks

I had multiple calls with different subscription APPs and Appstle was the only one who took the time to listen to what I was trying to do and figure out how to make subscriptions work for my business. Accessibility to support is key and with Appstle I get prompt, effective and positive customer service. Whatever subscription set-up you are thinking about, you can do with Appstle.

Problem get solved very quickly ! Rich features that fulfil all my need (still have a lot to explore !) it might hide in some toggle button, but the support are guild you. Even some minor bug can fix and get deploy very quickly, very impressive and professional. Overall, the user experience is superb !

She was such a star and I am so happy with their service, there are many companies that offer subscription service but will offer not the same 5 star customer service from this team!! Very happy :)

Kehanvi has been great in getting me setup and migrating a few existing subscriptions. The app is nice and lots of options and easy to use. I am yet to have much experience with getting more subscriptions and if any issues I may encounter, I will come back and review in the future about my experience! But so far so good!
