Appstle has incredible / fast customer service. The merchant can edit a lot of settings too. So far I am really impressed!

After asking for help, I decided to write a review. I spoke to Mitanshu who couldn’t be more helpful. My issue was resolved quickly and professionally. The app is also very easy to use and the videos are also very helpful

I would 100% recommend this app! It is easy to use and any questions I have, I just start a chat and it's resolved right then and there! Each person I've spoken with are so friendly and amazing and even offer to help with things I didn't even think of. For example, after answering my question, I was asked if I wanted them to match the colors of the customer portal to my theme! Simple, but they go the extra mile every time! I especially love that they do a video to show you how to do something!!! If you are on the fence, go with Appstle!!!! I had to migrate a LOT of customers from a different app and they did it with ease!! I haven't regretted it once and will never look back!! Thank you Appstle team for ALL that you have done for me and my business!!!

I never take the time to leave a review, however I feel the need to with Appstle. For such a low cost, the service received is exceptional. I just had an issue with one of my client subscriptions not showing. At 10am on a Saturday I was able to speak to someone with web chat in less than 2 minutes and have the issue corrected in under 15 minutes. For such a low cost, the product is brilliant and works exactly had you would expect. Very highly recommended.

They are always so so helpful whenever I need a walkthrough or things aren't quite the way I want them. The quick responses are so vital to when I'm on a deadline, I know that I will still be able to meet it with their help!

I am very impressed with Appstle. It provides our charity with a subscription option which really helps us to increase annual revenue. It also is simple to use and if you do have any problems you can message the team through the app and they are straight onto it for you.

Ashwin did a great job in getting our subscription plans in shape. We were having problems with shipping notices and Ashwin knew the fix almost immediately. Now we're good to go in all our plans. Thank you for the excellent advice and ideas.

Great App and great support. Have been using BOLD for last few years and upgraded to Appstle. Not only is the product smart, practical and helpful, the support is second to none. I highly recommend this if you are thinking to start or to make a change.

I would definitely recommend this app. if you require their services. I HATE computers, I HATE the internet, I HATE texting/chat boxes, etc but, these guys are quick and know their stuff. I never use these things and just want to talk to a live person but, these guys are as good, if not better. Thank you. Never a stressful experience,

I cannot fault this app, so far I've only used the free version, but the customer service is second to none. Twice, I've used the chat button, and within minutes had a solution to a query. Most recently, I spoke to Prarthana, who was brilliant, even offered to edit my customer portal colours to match my theme. She went above and beyond to help, all for free! I look forward to the day I qualify for the paid for service, as this app and it's employees thoroughly deserve recompense for their service.

does a good job, from what I've researched and after downloading a bunch of different apps this one seems like the best one. Easy to set up and works well. On top of that the support is amazing, just got help from Mitanshu and guy was an amazing.
