The app worked but I was having an issue with what appeared to be a conflict with our theme. When I contacted Appstle through chat I was surprised to see that they went to work on it right away to fix it so that there was no longer a conflict. This type of support is rare and I can see why they are so highly rated.

I had several questions about subscriptions on my new website. I thought it was set up correctly. When I reached out to Appstie, I received the help from an amazing associate, Momna. She spent so much time with me helping me to set it up correctly and to teach me at the same time. I am very appreciative of all the work she did for me and my sight. It's not often I am WOW'ed by an onboarding process. Appstle has nailed it. The speed of their responses and breaking down steps without jargon is really impressive. For a product of their size, I was expecting to be getting really frustrated with getting started. The norm is high level jargon, unclear instructions and poor resolution time. Well done Appstle CSM team. You've been superb! The checkout flow looks very professional. I'm switching from another subscription provider and feel my website conversion rate is going to increase by using Appstle.

The Appstle developers offer quick and efficient customer service - cannot recommend them highly enough! We just switched to their subscription app from another developer and I think this will work great for us. It's nice to know that if we run into issues, their customer support is there to assist quickly. Great app and people!

Great customer service with Akhtar. Fixed an issue very quickly for me (the location of the widget was in the wrong place but it was because of my fault), he quickly sent me a video on what to do to get it fixed and right away it was in the perfect spot. The service is quick for response and is very nice. Also explained the difference between plans for what I am looking for. I recommend this app! Great service makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE :)
