Great app! Customer service is amazing! I have reached out to them a few times and they are always super helpful. Today I was working with Yashvi she was fantastic. After answering my questions and working on them on her end she then made some rocommendations to make my widget look better. I appreciate the help and suggestions, I would definitely recommend this app!

The app is highly customizable and affordable! They have the BEST support team! Super fast and very helpful! They even offered to customize our widget without us asking! Super impressed by them. Highly recommended for any merchant selling subscription products.

The best customer service agents I've ever dealt with. I was having problems understanding certain features of the app, and CSA Nancy was patient, understanding, and polite. Solved my issue within minutes, and went above and beyond to offer me new options and features. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking at Bold, Recharge, Subbly etc I would strongly urge you to consider Appstle. Far more flexible, no need to create separate products for gift subscription directions, smart loyalty options and discounts for customers as well as working with Shopify 2.0 stores. The pricing is much more accessible and the support team has been great with their responses, often sending videos so I can clearly see what I need to do. My initial concern was using an app I hadn’t heard of but if it means anything, it’s great.

So far so good. It took a while to get everything configured to work with my shop. However, the customer service was very quick to respond to each of my inquiries and worked with me until we were able to find a solution that worked. I have greater peace of mind knowing that if I need something in the future there will be service professionals at the ready to tackle any task.
