I had a lot of questions setting up my first subscription product and customer support was so helpful! They also were able to change the appearance of the widget to better fit my shop which was really nice.

Amazing subscription app! Wonderful customer service from Kehanvi. I'm using a new theme and they helped me integrate without any issues. Above and beyond.

Ahmed is THE BEST! He was so helpful and took the time to modify the look of my widgets! He even help me set up my shipping profiles! So kind, great app! Just wish you could edit the shipping profile locations once they were created.

first: awesome customer service - second: everything i needed is in this app. what really comes handy and is good for little companies is the free plan to build a subscription member base and if there is any you pay your share. Thanks for your effort.

We've tried working with other subscription apps, but none were meeting our requirements, they gave us a headache in getting them set up, and support had long turn-around-times. I'm so glad we found Appstle - the entire setup has been incredibly easy, and for the few things we wanted to double-check, their team was readily available and incredibly helpful. They have gone out of their way to make things easy for us. Great customer support, and great product!

Blown away! I'm still running a vintage version of my Shopify site and needed to contact support for Apostle App integration. The response was INSTANT! The fix was quick and seamless. Perfect support model - I only have great things to say about Prarthana. I'm excited to get selling!!! Thank you!!

Love this subscription app. Easy to use, full control and visibility over your customer's subscriptions but most importantly, really helpful customer support. Chatbot with a real person who assisted immediately. They even helped make something better and I didn't ask for it. Can't rave about them enough.

Update 2024-04-04: Unfortunately I cannot give more than 5 stars. I confirm, great technical support, always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in combination with a great app! Update 2024-12-25: The app is really great with lots of functions. The technical support team keeps expanding but keeping it's core characteristics, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable as they have always been since I have been using the fantastic app. I definitely keep my score of 5!

Really pleased with this app so far, one thing that has really made it stand out has been the tech support. Very impressed by how speedy, helpful and polite the development team are. Makes it really easy to use and customise.

customer support is awesome. You can ask them to help you tweak how the subscription button works and they will customize it for you. Excellent job overall.
